However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please give us the opportunity to resolve any problem. We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, and will try our best to resolve the issues.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for returns within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it is not possible to return the item back to the us, you may be eligible for a partial 50% refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as earrings and customised items. Also items that have already been used and not returned in their perfect condition.
We will issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit ONLY if we are unable to replace the item.
We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Priest London is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will start the process from there. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the designer without communicating with Priest London, as that will result in a refused refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We will accept Returns for a refund upon 14 Days of the delivery date.
**Shipping cost and taxes will not be refunded **
To make a Return please do the following:
- Please head to our returns centre and fill in the form.
- Please include Name, Order Number and Contact details
- Once email is sent expect a reply within 24-Hrs with further directions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
