We accept payments through PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most debit and credit cards.
The brands we work with ship to the United Kingdom United States, Canada, and most international regions (Europe, APAC, and rest of world). If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your destination, email us at email@example.com and we may be able to help you.
Once you receive an order confirmation, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days (weekends and bank holidays excluded). Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and the brand you've ordered with. The timings above are simply a guideline and we cannot be liable if your delivery falls outside these timelines, but we will always do our best to make sure you get your order in time. Take a look at our Shipping and Returns for more information. For handmade or made to order products, please check the description of the product to see the delivery times.
We offer free shipping domestically for orders over £200 or equivalent. For international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
Priest London is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible once received so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to modify an order after you have placed it. However, if it has been less than 12 hours since you placed the order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best.
Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with security tag intact and in the same condition that you received it. Please read our full returns policy before proceeding. To initiate a return, please fill in our form. You will receive email notifications with the status of your return as well as further instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of returns.
